Daily Operations

The Management Team is responsible for HCAP’s daily operation, including platform maintenance, project intake, task coordination, document management, progress tracking, and external communication.

Project Management

The Team supports preliminary assessment, project planning, digital MRV management, evidence preparation, and certification readiness to ensure that project tasks and records progress in an orderly manner.

Coordination

The Management Team coordinates communication among project participants, technical institutions, laboratories, VVBs, Puro.earth, and other partners. It does not participate in independent VVB conclusions or Puro certification decisions.
